Sagi Shaked Named President of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association

Shaked Law Personal Injury Lawyers is pleased to announce that our founding attorney Sagi Shaked has been named president of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association. We are extremely proud of Sagi’s latest accomplishment.

Established in 1988, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association promotes “fellowship, learning, networking among trial lawyers” in southern states. The STLA includes attorneys from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. 

The venerable organization offers two premier Continuing Legal Education (CLE) events each year: the Annual Conference in New Orleans and the Fall CLE & Board Retreat. Sagi was elected the association’s president at the 2023 Annual Conference in New Orleans.

As president, Sagi will be tasked with advancing STLA’s mission of promoting camaraderie and learning among trial lawyers. Per STLA tradition, he will also have the opportunity to select a charity to receive a $20,000 donation from the organization.

Excelling in Trial Law for Decades

Sagi is one of the very few attorneys to be board certified in civil trial law by two different organizations: the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
