Mr. Roth is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he obtained his B.A. in Political Science. He then went on to attend law school at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, where he was on the Dean’s List and earned the Book Award in Securities Regulations.
Mr. Roth is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts as well as all State Courts in the state of Florida.
Mr. Roth recently attended a NITA Trial Advocacy School where he was awarded the Outstanding Trial Attorney Award as the top trial attorney at the seminar. Joel Roth has also lectured on the subjects of Premises Liability, Negligent Security, and Liquor Liability cases.
