Loretta Guevara Esq.
Loretta Guevara is an associate within the Shaked Law Firm’s First Party Property Litigation Department. Loretta was born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida. After graduating high school, Ms. Guevara attended Florida International University where she graduated from the Honors College. Loretta earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice in 2013.
After graduating from FIU with honors, Ms. Guevara attended St. Thomas University School of Law where she once again graduated with honors in 2017. During her education at St. Thomas, Loretta acted as a Student Ambassador and was elected Managing Editor of the Journal of Complex Litigation. Furthermore, Ms. Guevara interned with Family Court Judge George A. Sarduy in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and has worked at the U.S. Attorney’s office within the Southern District of Florida Civil Division.
Loretta is fluent in both Spanish and English.
